International Gateway Centre Tower 1 (IGC Tower 1)

Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, it forms part of an integrated commercial development sitting atop the High Speed Rail West Kowloon Terminus, seamlessly linked to the station. The office component of the development provides approximately 2.5 million square feet of grade-A office space. The retail podium, named Stage IGC, rises five storeys and spans over 620,000 square feet with capacity for around 240 shops; its ground floor opens for soft launch at the end of 2026. The development also includes about 100,000 square feet of public open space and over 200,000 square feet of greenery. The development holds LEED, BEAM Plus, WELL and BREEAM sustainability certifications.
